Description:
I am looking for $220,000 in acquisition funding to complete the acquisition of a growth rich, long established internet business (established 9 years). It is my belief that this business is currently vastly underdeveloped and can see significant growth over the next 5 years with a minimal capital investment. The target acquisition currently has sales of $120,000 and realized a 40% growth over 2007 without any marketing efforts on behalf of its owner. I am primarily looking for capital in the form of a fully amortized note with negotiable terms. A full prospectus on the target and the opportunity is available.
