In the 1Q09, I created our real estate company. Although our short term goals of investing in single family homes and taking advantage of the current housing market...Foreclosures, REO’s and the 1st Time Home Buyers and acquiring properties for 50 cents on a dollar… are similar to many other postings here, we have developed a long term strategy that separates us from the others. Our long term goal is to create a Technology Based Real Estate Services company and to develop a fully integrated marketing and management system. I would welcome the opportunity to share a summary PowerPoint presentation that provides the details.
