Description:
Successful New York based restauranteur is seeking funding to purchase and redevelop Ireland's oldest rugby pub. Due to the location and history behind this site it will become a destination for rugby enthusiasts from all over Ireland & Europe. The pub will honor Irelands rugby greats of the past and present with historical events, players and teams captured in print on the walls. The site is located by the new Thomond PArk Rugby Stadium, in Limerick. We will develop the site to consist of a 100 seater restaurant with a gastro pub attached with a capacity of 350. Also a large marquee covered courtyard with a capacity of 1500 and nite club capacity of 1200. We project revenue figures grossing 5+million euros in year 3 & 4.
